IWT incorporates the five layer view of the whole person, as described in Yoga Therapy, including: the physical structure, physiological (breath, digestion and the gut, circulation, hormones), Intellect (cognition, self-expression, sensory processing), Preferences and values, behavioral regulation, the individual subjective emotions, and a person’s faith or belief system.

We offer practices such as: physical postures to fit the individual; bilateral integration, reflex integration, breathing practices to affect blood pressure, heart rate, pain, anxiety and self-regulation; meditation: guided self-inquiry; vocalizations and sound; teaching yoga and lifestyle philosophy -- all according to a person’s preferences and desires
